The Crown Town Challenge is a high-energy, half-day event bringing together teams from companies across the Charlotte region to do something that actually matters and have a blast doing it.
Companies send their teams to assemble hands-on STEAMKits that go directly to local students, then face off in a fast-paced LEGO robotics competition inspired by the Queen City itself. It’s part community impact, part team building, and 100% Charlotte.

In our second annual Crown Town Challenge, Charlotte-area companies and professional organizations came together to build 1,000 STEAMKits, all delivered to local students through our partners at Classroom Central. Teams competed in our second-annual LEGO robotics challenge, with Team Honeywell taking home first place for the 2nd year in a row.
